Elizabeth Tsutsumi-Hypnar | Senior Account Executive
Elizabeth Tsutsumi-Hypnar joined the Synergy Corporate Housing team in 2008 as an Account Coordinator. Elizabeth advanced to an Account Executive position, where she worked with some of Synergy’s key clients. In 2012, Elizabeth was promoted to Senior Account Executive. She has built outstanding client relationships in her time at Synergy and enjoys the daily interaction she gets to have with her clients. She is proud to be associated with such an upstanding, innovative company and strives to consistently deliver great service.

Kelly Pryor | Senior Account Executive
Kelly Pryor joined Synergy Corporate Housing in 2008 after graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she received her degree in Communications and Spanish. Starting as a Receptionist, Kelly has transitioned into many roles within the organization from Guest Services Representative to Account Executive, and recently was promoted to her current position as Senior Account Executive. With a background in customer service, Kelly enjoys the daily interaction she has with her clients. She loves the working environment and the sense of “family” that Synergy has created and strives to continually learn and grow during her time at Synergy.

Lisa Sierra-Jaime | Account Executive
Lisa joined Synergy Corporate Housing in January 2011 as a Guest Services Representative. She has since been promoted to an Account Executive position, where she continues to work alongside Synergy’s best. With a background in customer service in the food and beverage industry, Lisa enjoys the continuous interaction with clients and guests. Prior to a career in corporate housing, Lisa graduated from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Radio-TV-Film, as well as earned a teaching credential and Masters in Cross Cultural Education from National University. In her spare time, she loves to spend quality time with her family and children and appreciates their everyday antics. Lisa enjoys the work environment that Synergy has created and is proud to be part of a family and team that strives to deliver excellence.

Winni Van der Plas | Global Account Executive
Winni joined Synergy in 2013 with over twenty-eight years of experience in the corporate housing industry, the later 15 of those years in Relocation. Winni is an integral member of our Los Angeles inside sales team and focuses on building new relationships and fostering current ones with Synergy’s relocation partners.
Born in California, Winni is 1st generation Dutch and can speck Dutch fluently. Living in Long Beach, she spends her time with family, friends, gardening and decorating. She says she had always heard how great and wonderful Synergy is to work for and be a part of and looking forward to continue her career here.

Kurt Kuebler | Account Executive, Los Angeles
As an Air Force brat, Kurt has been involved in relocation for a good part of his life. Moving domestically and internationally every three to four years growing up, he understands what it’s like to be on both sides of the relocation equation.
After successful sales positions with Globe Corporate Stay International, Equity Corporate Housing and Oakwood Worldwide, Kurt has joined Synergy Corporate Housing as one of the Los Angeles Account Executives responsible for securing business, procuring core-market inventory and building and maintaining key relationships in the temporary housing industry. Kurt brings over 15 years of experience to the savvy team at Synergy and is ready to turn that experience into sales and operational excellence.
Kurt graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California at Los Angeles and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He is an avid skier, can be found vacationing in tropical destinations like Kauai and Mazatlan and believes that giving back to the community is one of the best ways a person can live their life.

Christie Olson | Account Executive, San Diego
Christie started her career in the industry in 1997 with one of the largest national corporate housing companies. Since starting her career she has held several positions in a range of markets including Hawaii and Texas. Christie received awards including 2004 MVP for the Region, 1998 Customer Service Representative of the Year and 1997 Excellence in Teamwork Award. After living in Austin, Christie moved to San Diego with her husband and began working for Synergy in 2011. Christie says, “Working for Synergy Corporate Housing allows me to reach multiple levels of sales and customer service. My passion for corporate housing is exactly what Synergy stands for: PEOPLE, PASSION, and INNOVATION.”

Liza Kofsky | Account Executive, San Diego
Liza became an important member of the Synergy San Diego team in June 2011. She joined as an Account Coordinator and in April of 2012 was promoted to Account Executive. Prior to working in the corporate housing industry Liza worked 15 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resort, holding various positions including reservations, sales support, marketing coordinator and completed her last five years as a Sales Manager.
