Synergy’s Grocery Service helps busy travelers with the basic necessities. We’ll shop and deliver a starter grocery package to your apartment, so you’ll have groceries waiting for you upon your arrival.
Synergy staff members are available by phone from 7:30am to midnight, seven days a week. Plus on-site personnel are available 24/7.
With our new “Meet and Greet” service, one of our Guest Service Representatives will meet you at your apartment upon arrival, up until 11:00pm, seven days per week! This service has been especially popular for International travelers coming into the Bay Area for the first time. The Synergy service representative now welcomes them to town and makes sure they have everything they need for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
Responding to valuable feedback from guests and clients, Synergy has simplified the check-in process by reducing lengthy paperwork to an easy single-page form. The new, comprehensive form includes check-in information, maps and directions, and lockbox instructions. Additionally, Synergy’s Express Check-Out Service saves you time and worry, allowing you to leave your keys and remotes at the unit and skip the extra trip to the leasing office.

Synergy is the first corporate housing provider in the Bay Area to offer high-speed DSL and Wi-fi Internet access. Wi-fi service is complimentary and available in core properties throughout most of our major markets.
Through Synergy’s unique Guest Portal, you can find anything from itinerary information to copies of recent invoices, 24/7. Guests can submit and monitor service requests online, as well. Synergy’s corporate contacts can access a Super User Portal that keeps them informed about arrival and departure dates, expenses, and service requests for entire groups of travelers. Specialized billing reports and evaluation summaries will be accessible with a few mouse clicks.
Synergy’s extensive inventory is available on the Global Distribution System (GDS), the world’s largest electronic travel reservation resource. Travel professionals can quickly locate and reserve Synergy units in the East Bay, Silicon Valley and San Francisco.
Complimentary transportation to and from work is available to our guests in San Ramon, Pleasanton and Dublin, California. The service runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm. To arrange for a shuttle, please call us at 1-800-600-1115, 30 minutes in advance to schedule pick-up and drop-off.
Synergy offers bicycle rental packages, with helmet and lock, delivered directly to your apartment. Bicycle rental fees are $75 per month.
Zipcar is the world’s largest car-sharing service with over 250,000 members and 6,000 cars in 13 major markets, including San Francisco. Instead of needing, and paying for, a car all the time, you only pay for a car when you’re using it, starting with one hour, and Zipcar covers the gas and the insurance.
