Every stay with Synergy delivers an experience designed for the comfort of traveling guests. Our accommodations are move-in ready, with installed utilities, fully furnished living spaces, housewares and linens providing a “home away from home" like setting.

Special Welcome Packages

Upon request, Synergy will stock the fridge with bottled water and provide a few light snacks in a Synergy reusable cooler bag. In addition, designated VIP guests are provided fresh fruit, glass bottled still and sparking water, iced tea or other premium soft drinks. Upon special arrangement, Synergy can also provide specially requested items like a bottle of wine.

Meet & Greets

To ensure a safe and smooth check-in experience a representative of Synergy will meet with the guest at the apartment community and personally escort them to their apartment, assist with luggage if necessary, and deliver all keys. A simple process that makes checking-in that much easier.

VIP Bath Robe & Slippers

Upgrade your stay with a touch of elegance and comfort. Have a set of our luxurious custom bathrobes and slippers waiting for you upon arrival.

Paws on Property

Relocation can be tough for all family members—including pets. Our welcome package for furry friends identifies pet-friendly apartment communities and helps ease the transition for pets and owners alike

Grocery Essentials

Synergy will shop and deliver the essentials groceries to quick start your stay. Ensuring the smallest of details are perfect from low-fat milk, to liquid hand soap. The groceries will be placed in the apartment for added convenience.

Apartment Community Tours

Arrange a personal tour with a Synergy market expert. An apartment tour provides the opportunity to experience the property first hand to find out if it's a good fit for your needs and helps avoid any unpleasant surprises.
