How is my housing payment handled?

Housing will be paid directly by Riot Games. You will not be required to pay rent. However, you are responsible for any additional services requested from the apartment, e.g. upgraded cable or internet, as well as any charges for damages caused during your stay, or excessive cleaning required upon check out.

How long can I stay in my housing?

The length of your housing period coincides with your extended stay policy.

What do the apartments include?

Each apartment is fully-furnished and accessorized, including all standard utilities. More information will be supplied by Synergy upon reservation of your accommodation.

What services and property amenities are provided?

Each community’s amenities will vary depending on location.  More information will be supplied by Synergy upon reservation of your accommodation.

Who should I contact if I have service issues during my stay?

Should you experience any maintenance or service issue during your stay, please contact synergy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year at 800-600-1115 or services@synergyhousing.com.  Your request will be acknowledged the same day.  Non-emergency requests are typically resolved within 48-72 hours.

Do I need to buy anything for my use in the apartment?

Synergy provides a start-up package that contains small sizes of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage can liners, tea/coffee, sugar and creamer.  These items are provided to get you through the first night or two until you can get to the grocery store.  It is your responsibility to replenish these things for yourself as needed, throughout your stay.

How do I gain entry to the unit to move in?

Access instructions vary by location.  Synergy will supply detailed check in instructions no less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.

When can I check in?

Check-in time is typically 4:00pm or later on your arrival date, however discuss arrangement with Synergy to accommodate other times.

When do I have to check out?

Check-out time is by 11:00am on your departure date. Please remove all trash, food in the refrigerator, and personal belongings before you leave. Detailed check out instructions will be sent to you no less than 1 week prior to your departure.

Can I have my mail/packages delivered to my apartment?

For secure storage, please have mail shipped to your attention to your work address. This will ensure that you receive the mail securely. You will have access to a standard mailbox in the apartment community, and will be provided with a mail key to share with your roommate.  We DO NOT recommend packages that will not fit into your mailbox to be shipped to your Synergy housing location.  It is recommended that you ship larger packages to your attention at your work address.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

No. The apartments are 100% smoke free. You will be charged with any cleaning fees, smoke damage/accident and/or penalties should smoking occur in the apartment.

Is renter's insurance required?

While renter’s insurance is not required, Synergy strongly recommends acquiring renters insurance for your own personal protection. Neither Synergy, nor Riot Games, is responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

Who pays for damages in the apartment?

You will be responsible to pay for any damages incurred during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.  Should damages be found upon departure, Synergy will contact you with details and photos if possible.

What happens if I lock myself out?

In the event you are locked out of your apartment, please call the synergy after-hours/emergency number at 1-800-600-1115.  You will be responsible for the cost associated with a lock out and the fees will vary by location.

What if I leave something behind in the apartment?

For items left behind after you check out, please email services@synergyhousing.com for assistance. Any items in the lost and found, which are not claimed within thirty days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
