Jennifer Breen

President and Founder

Jennifer co-founded Suite Home Chicago in 2005 steadily building it into the award-winning furnished housing company that it is today. Overseeing the sales and operational teams, she has led the company through year-over-year growth in addition to overseeing the company's recent expansion into the Chicago suburbs and Wisconsin. 

A former Board Member of the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) and past President, Jennifer is the current Chairman of the Chicago Corporate Relocation Council (CRC).

Maura Fitzgerald

Senior Client Services Specialist
— Churchill Living

Maura Fitzgerald has worked with Churchill Living for 20+ years. She has managed Churchill’s largest clients as part of her Senior Client Services Specialist role, and prides herself on treating past, current, and future clients like family.

Maura employs a consultative approach listening to and learning their housing needs and tailoring a solution to meet their specific needs. Maura loves antiquing and fishing while living in the NY area.

Jennie Rudd - WINNER

VP of Sales and Operations
— Stay Furnsihed Apartments

Jennie began her career in corporate housing after a 14-year tenure with Marriott Hotels. Now 10 years later she has become a respected leader in our industry having served as Director of Quality Control, before becoming General Manager and later Vice President of Sales and Operations.

Jennie uses her vast hospitality experiences and special “figure it out gene” to come up with outside-the-box solutions to client needs. Jennie describes herself as a people pleaser with an innate need to make people feel comfortable and welcome.

The winner was announced on February 20.

Akash Kalia

Commercial Director
— DoubleTree Suites by Hilton

Akash began his journey in the hospitality industry in June 2010 with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts before moving on to the pre-opening team of Shangri-La Hotel, Benglauru. Now working with Hilton based at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore he is currently responsible for managing commercial services at the hotel.

Katina Kassim

— Novotel Living Singapore

Tina started her career in the hospitality industry more than 10 years ago with a passion for meeting people from around the world. Customer-oriented and outcome-focused, her patience and pleasant personality has connected her to clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Tina loves to travel which is not only therapy for her but also the best way to experience different cultures in order to better serve her clients.

Saki Kuroda - WINNER

Sales Officer
— The Ascott Limited Japan

Saki has worked in sales for several companies in both Osaka and Singapore. In 2018 she joined Ascott International Management Japan as a Sales Officer where she has been successfully building strong industry partnerships, fostering growth and new developments as the industry recovers post-pandemic. Saki loves exploring new cities and finds joy in supporting expats looking to make Japan their new home.

Liam Mclaughlin

— Veriu Hotels & Suites and Punthill Apartment Hotels

Liam thrives on pushing outside his comfort zone, connecting with different people and exploring new places. An avid traveler, he’s lived in different countries and maintains his own travel blog (www.lavidavoyage.com).

He carries this adventurous curiosity through to his professional relationships and development, seeking to build long-term genuine connections with internal and external stakeholders.

Yanti Kamil

Senior Sales Management Executive

Celebrating 15th years with The Ascott Limited, Yanti adds a dash of positive energy and is a key player which makes the team great. Yanti thrives in a fast-paced work environment by making the extra effort to self-learn while adapting to change. Her sincere approach to guests and colleagues alike helps to build many cherished friendships. Through fluid times, her admirable dedication to her role as a wife, mother, and team member keeps her rooted.

Chow Ming Sheng

LYF Champion
— LYF One-North

Ming Sheng began honing his skills at Ascott Orchard Singapore before moving on to Citadines Rochor Singapore. Recognised for his leadership skills, he was appointed to head the pre-opening team for the first coliving property in one-north. He brings fresh perspectives from experiences gained through his role rotations within the company and is known for placing the well-being of his guests and team as his top priority.

Ran Attas

Co-Founder and CEO

Ran started his legal studies expecting to take to criminal law, but following his graduation, it was Real Estate Law that drew him in – the aspects of negotiation, contracts and finance took him by storm. After that, he arrived in the world of business relocations where his experience led him to innovative business development and management in the field.

Today Ran brings a promising portfolio of international contacts in business relocation, as well as a safeguarding experience in real estate law.

Kearon McCarthy - WINNER

Director of Global Agents Sales
 —  Staycity Group

As Global Sales Director for Staycity, Kearon McCarthy manages the company's extended stay and group markets from Dublin. He has been with Staycity for 14 years and has played an essential role in the senior management team during the company's rapid expansion. Kearon began as a Sales Manager and progressed to General Manager and Cluster General Manager in Liverpool before taking on his current role.

In the past three years, he has led the company to a 460% increase in annual revenue, totaling over €17m, through his efforts in building and maintaining strong client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations.

Lavinia Ungureanu

Head of Housekeeping & Quality Control
— Stay Camden

Lavinia began her career at Think Apartments, where she accumulated 8-years of experience before joining STAY Camden in 2019. Lavinia played a significant role in its launch, instilling the high-levels of quality in service and comfort that guests still enjoy today. Now, as Head of Housekeeping, Lavinia is integral to the upkeep of STAY’s standards, as she strives to inspire her team to perform to the best of their abilities.

As a key contributor in upholding STAY’s ISAAP Accreditation for the past 3 years, she led the team to receive ISAAPs highest score in October, scoring 100% in the Housekeeping segment; a fantastic achievement for both Lavinia and STAY.

Kim Winter

Global Account Manager
— Edyn

Kim is a knowledgeable account manager with 14 years’ experience in the serviced apartment sector. Kim started out her career in Liverpool as a local sales manager for various providers before transferring to be part of the European sales team at Adagio Aparthotels in 2018, focusing on Global Account Management.

Kim then joined edyn in 2021 where she works as part of the Client Services Team. Kim is naturally curious and has the courage to question, her personal touch ensures she meets the needs and goals of her clients.

The winner was announced April 24.
