The Crack the Code Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Ascott Limited and Synergy Global Housing (“Sponsors”) and will take place in person during the GBTA Convention 2025 in Denver, Colorado at Booth #1945 and #1946. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with GBTA or the Colorado Convention Center.

1. ELIGIBILITY
   
   This Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge that the Giveaway is governed by the laws and regulations of the United States. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Synergy Global Housing, The Ascott Limited, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to win.
   
   
2. HOW TO ENTER
   
   To enter, participants must complete the official entry form, available via QR code at Booth #1946 or through the designated landing page. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
   
   Upon submitting the entry form, participants will be eligible to take part in the next available Giveaway session. During these live sessions, participants will attempt to guess a five-letter word using the physical suitcase keypad at the booth. Each valid entry will also receive a real-time clue to assist in solving the word. A correct entry during a live session will result in an immediate win.
   
   
3. GIVEAWAY SCHEDULE
   
   All opportunities to enter will take place at Booth #1945 and #1946 during the GBTA Expo. Schedule is in Mountain Standard Time (MST):
   • First Opportunity: July 21, 2025 — 12:00 PM to 1:29 PM
   • Second Opportunity: July 21, 2025 — 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
   • Third Opportunity: July 22, 2025 — 2:00 PM to 3:59 PM
   • Fourth Opportunity: July 22, 2025 — 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
   • Fifth Opportunity: July 23, 2025 — 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
   • Sixth Opportunity: A prize for the sixth and final destination will be awarded via random drawing from all eligible entries, regardless of participation in or outcomes from previous sessions.
   • Seventh Opportunity: In the event no participant successfully guesses the correct word during any of the first five sessions, all remaining prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from all eligible entries.
     
     
4. PRIZES
   
   Each winner will receive a three (3) night stay at a fully furnished serviced apartment located in one of six (6) international destinations affiliated with Synergy Global Housing or The Ascott Limited. Prizes will be awarded at random. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize varies by destination and time of booking but is estimated to range between $750 and $1,200 USD. Airfare, transportation, meals, taxes, and other incidental expenses are not included in the prize.

     • Non-transferable
     • Not redeemable for cash
     • Subject to availability
     • Must be booked within 12 months of winner notification
     • May not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors
       
       
5. Additional Terms and Conditions
   
   Only one (1) prize may be awarded per individual, household, or company for the duration of the Giveaway. Participation in live sessions (First through Fifth Chances) requires the entrant to be physically present at Booth #1946 during the designated session timeframes and to attempt to guess a five-letter word using the suitcase keypad provided. Each completed entry form is considered valid for the duration of the Giveaway and will also be eligible for inclusion in random drawings associated with the Sixth and (if applicable) Seventh Chances.
   
   The Sixth Chance drawing is a random selection from all eligible entries to award the sixth and final destination prize, regardless of whether the entrant participated in or succeeded during any live session. The Seventh Chance drawing will occur only if no eligible participant successfully guesses a winning code during any of the first five sessions; in that case, any remaining prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from the full pool of eligible entrants. Winners of both the Sixth and Seventh Chance drawings will be notified by email on or around July 31, 2025.
   
   All prizes are subject to availability and must be booked within twelve (12) months from the date the winner receives official prize notification. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution or exchange of any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled as described.
   
   Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and participants and to disqualify any individual found to have tampered with the entry process, to have submitted false information, or to have otherwise violated these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications, whether caused by technical issues, human error, or any other cause.
   
   By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control that may compromise the integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
   
   By submitting an entry, each participant consents to receive communications from Synergy Global Housing and The Ascott Limited for purposes related to the administration of the Giveaway, and, if opted in, for marketing and promotional purposes.
   
   
6. PRIVACY
   
   Personal data collected during entry will be used exclusively for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and contacting winners. Data will be processed in accordance with Synergy Global Housing’s Privacy Policy and may be shared with The Ascott Limited for promotional or fulfillment purposes only.
   
   
7. Governing Law
   
   This Giveaway is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By participating, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California for any disputes arising out of or related to the Giveaway.
