Synergy Adds Patrick Shearer as Chief Financial Officer
Accomplished senior finance executive, is set to optimize the industry leader’s financial operations to support continued business expansion
San Ramon, CA, April 4, 2023 — Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a leader in serviced accommodation program management, announced the addition of Patrick Shearer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shearer will be based out of Synergy’s headquarters in San Ramon, CA and report to President, Debra Christopher.

Shearer has over 25 years of experience leading accounting, finance and special project teams both domestically and internationally. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in accounting, finance, management, risk management, strategic planning and transactions. Before Synergy, Shearer was a partner with a big 4 professional services firm where he held numerous leadership positions and acted as a trusted advisor to venture companies, private equity funds and corporate entities, ranging from start-ups to multinational operators across a variety of industries. Most recently, he was the CFO of a publicly listed coffee company.

Shearer will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including leading the finance team, managing financial resources, developing and implementing financial strategies, and risk management.
