Houston, TX, April 29, 2025 Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a leader in serviced accommodation program management, today announced the official opening of its new Central U.S. Operations and Sales Office in Houston’s Energy Corridor. The opening and move mark a strategic next step in domestic expansion fueled by rapid regional growth, increased client demand and the company’s commitment to delivering best-in-class service across the Central United States and beyond.

Opening our Central U.S. office in Houston is the natural evolution of Synergy’s growth story,” said Henry Luebbert, Co-founder and Interim CEO of Synergy Global Housing. “Texas—and Houston in particular—represents a thriving hub for many of the industries we support. By planting our roots here, we’re positioning ourselves in the center of the country, and we are even more equipped to fulfill the domestic needs of our clients.

Since opening the Texas market to inventory development and fulfillment in January 2024, Synergy has experienced remarkable growth. Year-over-year booking performance in the Central U.S. has soared by 437%, driven by increased demand from key verticals such as energy, technology and financial services. The company has established substantial furnished apartment inventory across Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio, with notable properties including 7Seventy, SoDo on Main, 1414 Texas Downtown and Reverie at River Hollow in Houston; Miro and AMLI West Plano in Dallas; and Northshore and Residences at the Domain in Austin.

From the moment we opened the region, the market responded,” said Richard Franco, Synergy’s Director of Operations, Central U.S. “We built a strong foundation of properties, developed a world-class operations and service infrastructure, and most importantly, recruited a passionate team dedicated to elevating the guest experience.

Under Richard’s leadership, Synergy hired nine new associates across Texas, including six operations and three sales professionals. The expanded team includes a new Houston-based office supporting all facets of the business—from inventory and guest services to regional client development and operations strategy.

Today, Synergy’s Texas bookings are primarily concentrated in Houston (40%), Dallas (30%) and Austin (30%), reflecting the dynamic business ecosystems and mobility needs across these major metropolitan areas. The Central U.S. region also extends to key cities like Denver, Boulder, Nashville and Memphis.

The Central U.S. Operations and Sales Office is continuing to grow, with active recruitment underway to support the region’s strong and sustained market momentum.
