Synergy Global Housing Welcomes Accomplished Hospitality Expert Cara Lingle as Vice President of Global Supply Chain
Seasoned industry leader to head strategic development of alternative innovative housing partnerships and solutions globally.
San Ramon, CA, January 30, 2024 — Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a serviced accommodation program management leader, announced the addition of Cara Lingle as Vice President, Global Supply Chain. Cara will be based out of Synergy’s US region and will oversee the company’s global supply chain partnership network.
Cara has extensive experience in the service and hospitality sectors, specializing in leadership roles encompassing sales, account management and supply chain. With an impressive background, she steps into her role with Synergy as the head of the tri-regional Supply Chain for the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.

In her previous executive positions at National Corporate Housing and BridgeStreet, Cara played pivotal roles in building customer-centric organizational infrastructures that significantly contributed to revenue growth and profitability. She is known within the corporate housing space as a leader with a keen collaborative spirit and a track record of creating solutions and process optimization.
Cara’s technical and analytical abilities will assist with the implementation of Synergy’s new supplier sourcing platform and client portal. Both are due to be launched this year and will drive efficiencies across apartment sourcing, booking and program reporting. Additionally, Cara will be instrumental in developing property partnerships and alternative housing inventory solutions. This strategy will provide both corporations and travelers with increased access to a wide range of quality furnished apartment options in line with the ever-changing requirements of the modern-day traveler.
